日本林蛙部分生理生化指标的比较

本文介绍我们对日本林蛙(Rana j.japonica)在冬眠期(12～2月,5.5～8.5℃)与活动期(9～11月,12.5～24℃)的部分生理生化指标的比较.测定了血清、肝、脑、心肌和骨骼肌的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶的相对活力(±SD)、血红蛋白浓度及红细胞数等指标.这些指标不仅存在明显的组织差异,也存在季节差异和种群差异.     

A new indolic antiauxin, α-(5,7-dichloroindole-3-)isobutyric acid: its chemical synthesis and biological activity

Summary A new potent antiauxin, -(5,7-dichloroindole-3-)isobutyric acid has been synthesized and shown to inhibit auxin-mediated elongation ofAvena coleoptiles and to stimulate root growth of rice seedlings. Its activity is stronger than -(p-chlorophenoxy)isobutyric acid and is comparable to that of 2,3,5-triiodobenzoic acid, which are typical antiauxins.     

The contents of the pygidial gland of the primitive antNothomyrmecia macrops (Hymenoptera:Formicidae)

Summary The principal constituent of the pygidial gland ofNothomyrmecia macrops is 3,7-dimethyloct-6-en-2-one, a substance not previously identified in insects. Also identified were 2,6-dimethylhept-5-enal, 2-nonanone, indole, -dodecalactone, and the hydrocarbons pentadecane, heptadecane, heptadecene and heptadecadiene, all in low nanogram quantities.     

Proopiomelanocortin expression in the skin during induced hair growth in mice

We demonstrate for the first time a hair cycle-dependent gene and protein expression of proopiomelanocortin in mouse skin in vivo. Northern blot detected POMC mRNA with an apparent size of 0.9 kb in anagen but not telogen skin. Western blot emphasized a specific protein of 30–33 kDa recognized by anti -endorphin in late but not early anagen or telogen skin. By immunocytochemistry, -endorphin antigen was localized in the sebaceous gland in a hair cycle dependent manner.     

Bicuculline and picrotoxin block γ-aminobutryic acid-gated Cl− conductance by different mechanisms

Summary Using isolated, internally perfused bullfrog dorsal root ganglion cells we have studied the dose-response curves for -aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the presence of internally or externally applied GABA antagonists. With external application of antagonists the inhibition of the GABA current by bicuculline was competitive and that by picrotoxin was noncompetitive. 基于正弦信号调制的灵巧干扰技术

线性调频雷达在接收信号时采用脉冲压缩处理,使传统的压制式干扰在进入雷达接收机时无法获得脉冲压缩增益,从而造成干扰效果大幅下降。针对这一问题,建立了时域卷积调制的灵巧干扰信号的数学模型,根据这一模型设计了基于非完全正弦函数卷积调制的灵巧干扰信号,来实现对线性调频信号的干扰,对这一干扰信号的干扰效果进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:这一干扰信号可以产生假目标群来实现对一定距离单元的遮盖性干扰,并能利用脉冲压缩时旁瓣的非线性叠加覆盖真实目标回波,解决了卷积干扰信号滞后于真实目标回波的缺陷。     

双点源干扰诱偏被动雷达导引头性能分析

以经典的双点源干扰模型为基础,简要说明了在双点源干扰下导引头的静态跟踪误差。在此基础上,研究了动态下的攻防对抗,建立了数学模型并仿真,得出了攻击误差。仿真分析了双干扰源功率变化时导弹的攻击轨迹和误差,以及功率不相等时干扰源间距和天线波束宽度对诱骗效果的影响。仿真结果表明:只要参数合适,非相干双点源干扰可以很好的诱骗导引头,达到保护目标的目的。     

SL(2,R)上的Hausdroff-Young不等式

通过在SL(2，R)的对偶空间中引入测度，给出了SL(2，R)上的两个类似于R上的Hausdroff-Young不等式．     

金银木叶中黄酮类化合物的定性分析

研究了浸提温度、时间、乙醇浓度、料液比等因素对金银木叶中黄酮类化合物提取效果的影响,确定了最佳单因素水平。正交实验确定了以乙醇为浸提剂的最佳提取工艺条件为:体积分数为0.60的乙醇,料液比1∶30,70℃,浸提4h。金银木叶中富含黄酮类化合物,颜色反应试验和紫外光谱分析初步表明,其主要成分为黄酮类和黄酮醇类。     

忍冬藤中绿原酸的含量测定

综合利用忍冬藤,建立对其中绿原酸含量的测定方法.运用高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)对忍冬藤中绿原酸的含量进行测定.结果表明,HPCE检测忍冬藤中的绿原酸含量为0.0091%,HPLC的检测结果为0.0089%.两种检测方法的测定结果相互印证,数据准确可靠,都可用于药用植物组织中绿原酸含量的精确测定.
